The Vertglas Gel Coat Restoration System consists of three components that are scientifically designed to work together, forming a sealed surface for the restoration of gloss and color to oxidized gel coat.

The Vertglas Gel Coat Restoration System completely eliminates the need to wax or polish your boat. Just follow the three step process described in this manual to give your boat that "new gel coat" high gloss shine. Then, during the season, wash your boat with VERTGLAS #2 Boat Wash. Its that easy to have a great looking boat all season! Best of all, its even easier next season as you stay with the system!

This page provides enough information to allow you to apply Vertglas successfully. Do not let the length of this booklet deter you, Vertglas is simple and easy to apply. We do recommend you read the other sections that follow. They provide various tips and how-to’s culled from our research and development and our customers’ experiences over the years.

QUICK OVERVIEW: Its as simple as 1-2-3!

STEP 1: Use the Vertglas #1 Oxidation Remover and the scrub pad to remove any oxidation and chalk on the gel coat.

STEP 2: Wash the boat with Vertglas #2 Boat Wash.

STEP 3: Apply the Vertglas #3 Color Restorer/Sealer with the special Applicator. Simply wipe it on in straight, even strokes. Each coat dries in 1-2 minutes. Apply 6-8 coats. It requires no rubbing or buffing.
